Traveller Key-Glyph was a solitary and introspective explorer. Initially content to build a modest life on her home planet of Pabackyermi, She became increasingly absorbed with the cryptic messages and clues She found scattered about the galaxy. Key-Glyph thoroughly explored her corner of the universe and felt She had finally come to understand it, as well as Her purpose within it, shortly before She disappeared.
Biography
Initially believing Herself to be suffering amnesia after a traumatic crash landing, Traveller Key-Glyph set off on a quest to uncover Her identity and reclaim Her life.
Born on Pabackyermi in the Monvervi system, She quickly adopted the planet as Her permanent home, building a small base and populating it with helpful recruits. She frequently returned to Pabackyermi to regroup and recharge, either by sharing conservation with Her favorite colleagues or by wandering the arctic landscape on foot. Although She rarely strayed far from Monervi, Her desire for discovery led Her to fully map almost every system within two starlengths of her home system before She was Lost.
Key-Glyph's emotional and mental health fluctuated greatly during Her journey. Increasingly consumed with the need to understand the nature of Her existence and profoundly affected by the death of Her closest friend, Echo Analyst Entity Voanni, She threw Herself into scenarios She would never have entered otherwise. The affect of these situations on Her worldview and disposition are clearly seen in Her personal logs, including an episode of nihilistic depression during which She contemplated Her own death.
In the end, She followed the Atlas Path to completion and achieved a sense of bittersweet peace.
Traveller Key-Glyph disappeared shortly thereafter following a subsequent galaxy-wide reality shift. Her extensive personal logs and possessions were left to the Beacon-Entity, raising questions as to whether Key-Glyph has been displaced to another reality or erased entirely.
